SyncWare® version 9 released Print E-mail
SW9_about_thumb_2 Version 9 of the basic SyncWare® software has been released; this new version features numerous revised UI functions, improved maintenance tools, and buffering message communications that support the use of EAI products.
Version 9 provides users with a clearer, more efficient menu, powerful search engine-type text search, an instant messaging function, and a range of new UI components that can be used to create customer-specific displays. SyncWare® 9 includes a new graphical tool for inputting greater amounts of data, such as forecast data.
The latest version features a new user right tool that assists system administrators in their work. The usability of the Reporting Wizard has been improved, while also expanding its search function. There are new features for system management: change history saving for all data, XML backup of parameter data, and a monitoring display for system operations. The system administrator/main user can also monitor users' activities and shut down overly tasking operations.

The system integration supports EAI products (e.g. BizTalk, MQSeries) and the related adapters. The same mechanisms can also be used to integrate SyncWare® systems. Implementation supports the buffering and monitoring of message communications and silence monitoring.


Syncron Tech products (SyncPower®, SyncMES®, SyncPlanner® and SyncMonitor) are version managed via the basic SyncWare® software.

Between one and two main versions are usually released for SyncWare® per year. The latest three of these are maintained and supported. Typically, the latest version is the most suitable for ongoing, active projects, and older versions for continuous production use. No direct development is performed for older versions; instead, only the patches and data security updates tested in the latest version are introduced in the older versions.
