Our products and solutions are based on our SyncWare platform. Our products are used by dozens of customers in the Baltic Region, Russia and the USA. Several different language versions are in use, including Russian, Swedish, English and Polish. In all, there are over a hundred implementations and thousands of end users.

These products can be parametrised and are modular, allowing their flexible adoption to the required extent. Customer-specific special features can be customised as part of the solution. Using versatile interfaces, solutions can be integrated into other systems. Ready-made interface modules cover these integration needs on a broad basis, from measuring equipment to ERP systems.
A solution can be acquired as an application service, or a system delivery with the supporting maintenance services. The production use of a system delivered to a customer is supported through a highly developed maintenance service, which can be expanded into 24/7 monitoring and on-call duty.
We are continuously developing our products based on the needs of our customers; we release a new main version every 1-2 years. Updating to a new version practically resets the life cycle of the system, introducing new features. |
