With regard to energy balance management and optimisation, SyncPower® can be efficiently used for drafting more specific energy-use forecasts, optimising energy agreements, and minimising energy costs.

Real-time, comprehensive energy-use monitoring is the basis for all energy efficiency improvement measures. SyncPower® tools enable monitoring from plant-level all the way to individual devices. They also enable the collection and analysis of long-term time ranges. Missing measurements can be modelled through the use of energy balances and efficient calculation tools.

TOP lists and specific-consumption comparisons can be used to identify high or deviating consumption, in order to support the implementation of energy savings. The effectiveness of development measures can be monitored by means of long-term consumption trends.

If energy consumption is taken into consideration at the production planning stage, energy costs can be taken into account in manufacturing energy-intensive products, and their production can be timed correctly.
