4. Purpose of personal data processing
Personal data is processed for purposes related to Syncron Tech Oy’s client communications, client relationship management, provision of information, marketing, service production, personalisation and analysis as well as business planning and development.
The personal data in the register is stored for as long as necessary for Syncron Tech Oy’s client relationship management and marketing activities.

The register is stored in data systems protected with technical measures. Access to the data requires a username and a password. The processing of the register is restricted to designated Syncron Tech Oy employees and partners who need the data in their work duties.

10. Right of access

The data subject has the right to request the rectification of erroneous data (Personal Data Act, Section 29). The rectification request must be made by sending a personally signed written document by mail to the contact person (contact details in section 2 of this document).

Rights pursuant to the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation and Section 30 of the Personal Data Act. The data subject’s rights include, for instance, the right to prohibit the processing and disclosure of any data about them for purposes of direct marketing. The prohibition request must be made by sending a personally signed written document by mail to the contact person (contact details in section 2 of this document).

13. Changes to the privacy policy
Syncron Tech Oy develops its business operations continuously. For this reason, Syncron Tech Oy reserves the right to change this privacy policy by posting a notification about this in their online services. Changes may also result from amendments to related legislation. Consequently, Syncron Tech Oy recommends that data subjects review the content of the privacy policy regularly. This privacy policy enters into force on 25 May 2018 and remains valid until further notice
